Hmm, me thinks http://news.lugnet.com/market/shopping/?n=1 needs to be
updated. Someone using NNTP would not easily be able to find this. This
raises an interesting question, how do we keep apprised of changes in
the TOS? How does someone coming in fresh find all the TOS (they get the
general TOS when they sign up, but is it expected for example that they
read a particular newsgroups home page?).
