Right now the "help: newsgroup names" link isn't working quite right when
you're posting messages using the web interface. The title and alphabetic
bookmarks are there, but there's no list of groups.
For a long time I've been thinking of suggesting that the 'lugnet.loc' names
be left out of the initial list that you normally see. It is a very long
list, and could easily be replaced by a link to those group names. At the
top, with the other bookmarks, you could also have a special links for all
the 'loc' groups. It would make this list easier to use, and download a bit
faster too.
