Posting dates:

may or may not be a desire to somehow give special handling to posts that
seem to be "old", that is, posts that didn't get approved right away. Maybe
revalidate that the user still means it. Maybe flag them with a second date
(the date of authorship and the date of actual insertion)? Not totally clear
what the consensus was. This one may have been implemented already?
