Hmmm it's a difficult decision. I believe wikis are generally considered group
publishing resources so it should probably be lugnet.publish.brickwiki. That
said I'm not sure that there's much discussion about brickwiki that should be
had here, better to keep it on the wiki itself.
I'd probably prefer it just to have a link from somewhere obvious.
