How about this: allow them to post as long as it is crossposted to at
least one lugnet.lego.* group. That allows the train or legoland type
announcements to go there, and also appear in the lugnet.lego.direct.
You could even automate it so that it inserts lugnet.lego.direct in
the newsgroups header and adds a FUT there as well. It would only be
feasable in the web interface though, since NNTP doesn't let you warn
the user that this is happening. Do the lego.com guys use NNTP or web?
