Hi,
I'm once again having trouble with the NNTP server taking a long time to
respond. Nothing has changed on my end, yet this seems to happen every few
months. Usually it goes away after several days or weeks.
A typical example of tracert output is included below, and the problem appears
to be at the lugnet end of things. I can ping news.lugnet.com and get a quick
response.
Any ideas?

| Hi. Is it me, or is there a problem with the NNTP server? It's taking a *very* long time to respond and often times out. It was working fine until yesterday. Any ideas? Thanks, Eric (21 years ago, 22-Apr-03, to lugnet.admin.nntp)
