| (...) Correct -- it never breaks a URL, even if it's 300 characters long or more. It may still break the *line* the URL appears on (and this is why I didn't list this in the conditions above) but it will never break the URL itself. The line-breaking (...) (22 years ago, 21-May-03, to lugnet.admin.nntp)
