I don't recall changing anything in OE. And it all lokks OK to me. It had
been working fine for months prior...now, nothing....Same message every time.

Login to Lugnet using the web, go to the page linked above ((URL) and check that the name & email displayed match your OE settings *exactly*. That is usually what (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jul-02, to lugnet.admin.nntp)
