Todd, I just spent about an hour, on and off, typing a deep, well thought out message to post via the Web interface. Lack of sleep and clumsy fingers made me close the window before posting the message to the intended groups. Stupid me. I was (...) (23 years ago, 20-May-01, to lugnet.admin.general)

(...) I've done something similar: I once was in the middle of a (lengthy) message to .dear-lego and got tired of the small size of the screen, so I resized it. Of course, Netscape immediately reloaded the page, wiping out my message in the process (...) (23 years ago, 20-May-01, to lugnet.admin.general)

Thanks Richard...nice to know I'n not the only one out there who has pulled this particular 'Homer'...D'Oh! Actually, that's exactally what I did for the re-made version of that particular rant...typed it up in SimpleText (Mac) and copy/pasted it (...) (23 years ago, 25-May-01, to lugnet.admin.general)
