Turnaround Time on CLSOTW Ad Banner Submissions?

How long should one expect to wait for a submitted CLSOTW ad banner to
be registered and added to the queue? According to:
http://www.lugnet.com/cool/banners/rules.html
it states within a day or so, pending approval. I've submitted two
banners, compliant with the submission rules. The first was submitted
over two weeks ago, and has yet to be added to the queue. I'm not trying
to be pushy; I'm just curious as to whether my banners were not approved
for some obscure reason, or if Todd's just busy or what. I have no
problem waiting indefinitely, so long as I have some idea as to when I
can expect the banners to be processed.
