OK, can you give a few examples of things that don't fit into .debate, .fun,
.geek, etc.? (Not disagreeing, just curious if new examples have popped up
in the past few months.) Some things that were issues before were things
like where to p&m about, say, gasoline/petrol prices.
What would you think about lugnet.off-topic.rant for stuff that's about the
opposite of lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.rant for similar but on-topic
(i.e., about LEGO, etc.), and lugnet.off-topic (just that, no subgroup) for
anything off-topic (non-LEGO) that doesn't fit in one of the off-topic
subgroups?
Having a lugnet.rant group may help move a lot of the noise that occurs in
lugnet.lego.direct. Specific complaints and problem reports to LD are fine
there, but unfocused ranting and chiming in isn't.
