When you say that your credit card has been charged, do you mean that your 
credit card company confirms that PayPal charged it and transferred the 
money to your PayPal account?  Any credit card issues are stictly between 
you and PayPal and your credit card company. 
 
Next, when you sent the money from PayPal, what e-mail address did you send 
it to?  (Please check your logs.  It's likely that you sent the money to the 
wrong place, and it's still unclaimed.)  No payments from Allan Weston have 
arrived.  Were you using a friend's account, perhaps? 
 
The email address to send membership payments to is:   paypal@lugnet.com 
(Note:  If you accidentally sent it to lugnet@paypal.com, that would be bad.)
