IMHO, he set the Follup-To: correctly so all the responses would go to the
right place. He was trying to let everybody know about a page that contains
building ideas that could pertain to many different themes and that includes
diagrams created through the use of MLCad. It looks to me like the
newsgroups he posted to were a good choice.
Now if he posted like that every single time he updated a link, it would be
a different story. But so far that hasn't been the case, and unless it is,
I don't see any reason to let it be upsetting.

| (...) I have to agree with Bryan. The problem with newsgroup spamming is not the initial groups the first post is sent to, it's not setting followups correctly. In this case the poster gave it some thought and did the right thing. Let's not flame (...) (24 years ago, 18-Jan-01, to lugnet.admin.general)
