Would it be possible to publish the FTX source to
http://www.lugnet.com/publish/ftx/guide/all (which really means the source
to all of the components, not just the transclusion source)?
It's a pretty good guide, but a few things that appear doable don't appear
to be written up anywhere. For instance, I didn't see how to do literal
characters -- like '['. Maybe they're done by character code but maybe
there's an escape character too.
Also, the Simple Table example output includes a spacing line between rows,
but other tables, such as the one at the very top of the page under 'FTX
User Guide' does not include the spacing lines.
Sometimes it's easier for me to look at how it was done than formulate a
search to find how it was done. (I've read the entire User Guide.)

| (...) Not as one page, but you can get at the raw FTX code by appending '.ftx'[1] to the end of each page and looking at them one by one, for example: (3 URLs) etc. --Todd [1] or using index.ftx in the case of a trailing slash (24 years ago, 11-Oct-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
