What's the column width for LUGNET??

Well, in general, for any NNTP news, it's generally good to use a maximum
column width of 79.  80 or higher is bad.  79 is even asking for trouble
because people aren't always careful when replying with quoted materials.

So it's not a bad idea to set the right margin in your editor to something
a few characters less than than 79 -- like 76 or 74.  Can't go wrong with
72, but that's a bit extreme.
