It might be nice to have a group seperate from admin.general in which ideas
could be thrown around and encapsulatable areas of code could possibly be given
to teams of enthusiast developers; while allowing Todd to maintain a steady
hand on the entire process.
E.G. I might have a few ideas for the next revision of ftx, and I wouldn't mind
helping out with some of the work, if poss.. but admin.general doesn't seem
wholly appropriate for that.
