heh, while it's not me, I can see the reasoning. If/when a sort by rating page
comes up, and if it doesn't automaticlly ignore o-t.test, messages there might
show up higher than actual messages... (I trust Todd will make an exception in
the rating page, just like in the index, but just in case...).
So in that context, it's not wrong to rate those msgs 0 - they have no value
whatsoever to the community....
