tray under NT. X has a nice clock that can be digital or
analog in appearance.

I understand Richard's request in a slightly different way
than you seem to.

It would be very nice if the _time_stamps_ on the articles
could be presented in local time for the individual readers.

Dunno if Lugnet needs that at this point in the (...) (25 years ago, 26-Mar-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
