I understand Richard's request in a slightly different way
than you seem to.
It would be very nice if the _time_stamps_ on the articles
could be presented in local time for the individual readers.

Probably right about that, but it would be nice on the web
interface too.

Dunno if Lugnet needs that at this point in the (...) (25 years ago, 26-Mar-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
