How about this as a first attempt. It doesn't say anything about
prohibiting auction announcements, but that can be added, if required.
"lugnet.#theme# was set up to be a focused discussion area for people to
discuss #theme# stuff. It provides a more specific venue than
lugnet.general, so more in-depth discussion of #theme#-themed sets,
parts, stories, sites, ideas, or real-life examples is possible.
As well as the discussion group, there is a mailing list
(lugnet.#theme#@lugnet.com) and a #theme# area on the lugnet website at
www.lugnet.com/#theme#/
If you're into #theme#, this is the place to hang out and hold
discussions with like-minded people. But please, respect the group's
charter, and limit your discussions to #theme# while you are here."
