OK, I think I get it now, thanks! :-) If the canonical way to write the
name in the ISO-8859-1 character set is Israel and not Yisra`el, then Israel
it is! :-) OK, the <http://www.lugnet.com/loc/> page now lists this in the
I's instead of the Y's.
