Ya, .general is most tailored in its chartre toward the LEGO product line --
only very slightly to community issues.

Depends on what you want to focus on. I'd suggest:
.publish - if you want to talk about the general practice of spamming, or
.off-topic.geek - if you want to talk about SMTP protocols, issues and all
those gory details, or
.off-topic.debate - if you want it to be a political issue and wish "death to
spammers," or
.people - if you want to lambast a particular person and run his/her name
through the mud, or
.market.auction - if it was an auction service or community auctioneer who
spammed you, or
.market.buy-sell-trade - if it was a non-auction service or community member
who spammed you.
