That's the auction group. Surely by now you understand that is the *correct*
place for auction announcements?
As for your third post (in your follow up to yourself), it's a sale, not an
auction.
And, once again, the actions of others don't excuse your actions.

Well, that's between you and him, but I think his post saying that he didn't
think $10 would cover the potential damages was pretty clear.
Or, for an even better test, see if your posting privs to .buy-sell-trade have
been restored.
