Sure. It would be extra-nice, of course, if you showed the name of the
person who authored or posted the DAT file as part of (or next to) the link.
You might also want to try a dual-link thingie where you give a link to the
article and a second link directly to the .DAT content (i.e., the ldraw.cgi
script). You might even also want to give a link to the raw text content via
the raw.cgi script. For example, here are 3 linkage methods:
1. http://www.lugnet.com/cad/dat/models/?n=919
2. http://www.lugnet.com/news/ldraw.cgi?lugnet.cad.dat.models:919
3. http://www.lugnet.com/news/raw.cgi?lugnet.cad.dat.models:919
