I don't it'd be too difficult to do. But lugnet.admin.general isn't always
the best place. If someone's announcing some major new improvment to a web
resource, they'd want the followups to go to lugnet.general or maybe
lugnet.publish...
A moderated lugnet.announce might be necessary...

| (...) Just another reason to make lugnet.announce read-only, imo. One downside to using slrn - no pull-down menus for setting followups, so I not only have to remember that there aren't supposed to be discussions going on here even though there are (...) (26 years ago, 12-Oct-98, to lugnet.admin.general)
