Since TLG's stated policy is that they don't accept ideas from outside
sources, their IP attorneys would still require their designers to ignore
such a group (at least in official capacities), and they would still have
to maintain a paper trail on all the ideas they came up with in-house.
However, if they ever change their policy so that they do accept outside
ideas, then a group like that may certainly be helpful to TLG.
