Oh, sorry -- I forgot to set newsgroup=1 in the category data. The post
icons are there now.
Theoretically, anyone could post to the .announce.brickshelf group, but it's
really geared toward Kevin (or a script of his) making the announcements.
The .db.scans group is 100% open to anyone.
