Well, maybe in **public** school. But not in well run private schools...
if that kid doesn't WANT to be there, he's history. Education is not a
right, nor is it a punishment to be endured. Oh, wait, I was talking
about libertopia, never mind. Here, it IS a punishment.
If RTL is a public school, this is more of a private school, and thank
goodness for that.
