Unofficial answer and based on my possibly imperfect understanding of US
copyright law (which governs) although I have done some digging into this since
I assert copyright on things MTWish:
The asserted copyright should give the first year of publication of the
particular item being asserted, (at whatever level you are at, a page, a
section, a whole site) and the year of last change. (just printing off another
copy is not a "change", so some of my instructions carry copyrights that are
older than now, even though I print them today)
LUGNET as a whole then, is copyright ©1998-2005 (currently) as the owners and
admins have added copyrightable content this year. (LUGNET doesn't assert
copyright on individual content by posters, merely certain republish and
attribution rights, but does acknowledge copyright BY the poster)
The post confirmation page isn't asserting copyright on your post content, just
the page itself so if it was last changed (and first changed) in 2003, that
would be right, I think.
Ditto the feedback page, if it was last revised in 2001.
That said, there is sometimes laxity in updateing some of these. The admins
cetainly appreciate any errors spotted, of whatever sort, being brought to our
attention, see the sidebar of admin.general for the email addys to use.
