Oh, sorry, that's partly because there was no more 'announce' gorup, and
plus I followed what I wrote to a "T" --
|While the renaming is in progress, you're not required to disconnect from
|the server, but please don't post anything until an announcement is made
|when the renaming is complete. (IMPORTANT: The first thing that will
|happen after the existing groups go away is that the new groups will be
|created. When this happens, the process is NOT complete -- the old
|articles need to be re-injected into the new groups. Wait until an
|announcement is made in lugnet.announce before posting again.)

So the "changes complete" message was posted to the 'lugnet.announce' gorup.
