Is there anyway to prefix a set number with a special character so that
the LUGNET server could interpret it as a link to the set database?
That way people could just post set numbers and have them linked to the
set database without having to copy and paste the url into their
messages.

| (...) You mean like some special character sequence/syntax that would allow you to refer to a particular set simply by its number or somesuch? That's something I still don't have any good ideas on how to implement. One reason it's never been (...) (26 years ago, 26-Mar-99, to lugnet.admin.general)
