What took so long was double-checking the integrity of everything carefully after the swap (and making an additional full backup before making any changes to (...) (20 years ago, 24-Feb-04, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.general, lugnet.announce) !

I've been using 1119 since 119 got shut down and it's only since the downtime yesterday I've been having problems. I get the same "connection refused" on all of them except for (...)
