Hmmm, I've tried all of those ports as well and none of them work. I've been
using 1119 since 119 got shut down and it's only since the downtime yesterday
I've been having problems. I get the same "connection refused" on all of them
except for on port 119 I get "no server here". Just tried 1119 again after
reading this post that it works for you, but no happiness for me.
