Suggestion for member pages

Hi guys,
Would it be a lot of work to add an extra page in the members section?
Because of the length of the list it takes a while to download (even on a
DSL connection). So why not add a selection for a first letter, so you only
need to download a small portion of the list? That would save a lot of
time....
First letter would be great for first name/last name search. For the
countries it would be handy to pick a country first, then get the list of
members for that country. Of course in both cases you can still add the
option 'all' to get the current page....
