A variety of traffic generators seem to happen on a regular basis.
Castle seems to be the most prone to it, but I'd rather see real
messages not all these "gee, some other group is getting ahead of us in
traffic lets catch up" or "I'm bored, no one's saying anything, let's
generate traffic". An anual roll call isn't the worst example of this,
but I still lump it in the same category.
So call me whiney...
