Right mouse click on the link and choose "Open in new window" doesn't work
for you?

Hm... you may want to consider getting a new browser if those features
aren't working.
I'd prefer that Lugnet(tm) NOT decide that a new window is needed. Let me
choose for myself whether I want one or not. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't

| (...) Ya, what Larry said. Ronald, I'm curious what web browser you're using. Currently, the best web browser (IMHO) is the latest Mozilla with tabbed browsing. And in the Preferences > Navigator > Tabbed Browsing dialog, you can even check [x] Load (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.admin.suggestions)
