Did it do that to you upon loading the page for the first time, or did it do
that upon your hitting the Submit button? Do you happen to recall what, if
anything, you had entered into the boxes?

| (...) I get the same error (on both 19 and 21) but oddly not trying to get to other polls. It occured on first attempt and subsequent attempts, even after cold boot of the box.
