I think that a lugnet.cad.dev would be sufficient for now. If traffic
got too heavy, a new sub-group could be created, either lugnet.cad.parts
or lugnet.cad.dev.parts.

I'm going to do that in just a bit, to distribute some unofficial parts.
I'd view this usage as either: (a) tightly integrated with on-going
lugnet discussions (such as the example you provided) or (b) a
convenient way to make temporary references (since postings could start
expiring at some point).

Interesting. I'm really looking forward to expansion of the linking
from the Pause database.
