I believe entering items into the DB is a manual effort carried out by
volunteers. I'm not sure of the identity of the current set of volunteers but
they may not have had time to get to your submission, or there may be
controversy about the item. You might try querying them (which is what this post
is, I suppose)... but I would counsel patience. If it's been a terrifically long
time, try resubmitting or asking again.
