Curator related questions are probably better cross posted to admin.curators,
rather than to admin.general. If you ever have a question about who is the
curator for a particular group or hierarchy, see the front page of
admin.curators... you'll find a link there to let you look that sort of thing
up. It is http://news.lugnet.com/admin/curators/curators.cgi
This page shows that the current curator for the entire /cad/ hierarchy is Steve
Bliss. You could drop him a note about it, that may be a good approach. You
might suggest that he might want to put his contact info on the front page, as
well.
It's also worth noting that multiple curators for a group or groups are not
precluded, and in many cases have worked out really well.
