| | Re: Mace Windu
|
| Well, I woudn't go so far as saying LEGO should not produce color minifigs. I think, like many others and LEGO itself, that yellow skins for all minifigs is the best choice. It avoids dealing with racism issues and other topics like that. But, in (...) (22 years ago, 17-Jun-02, to lugnet.starwars)

| | MOC: Boxing Ring
|
| Many thanks to my son's friend Emily, who noticed that when a minifig holds the technic balls, it looks just like boxing gloves! Here's the MOC she inspired. Hope to add a gym around it later, but thought folks would like to see the idea. (URL) (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-02, to lugnet.town) !!

| | Re: 41879, "Minifig Hips-&-Legs Short"
|
| (...) Sorry - I hope you hadn't already started. I nearly didn't bother, on the basis that it was such an easy new part, it must had been done by now. Then I realised that the ends of the quarter round needed to be angled - 1-4cyls primitives - ugh (...) (22 years ago, 8-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

| | NYC shopping crawl III
|
| Jonathan Lopes and I go shopping a 3rd time for Lego, but find excitement elsewhere: First, we were searching for the Lego Racer with blue hubs. It's nowhere to be found, not even at Fortress TRU in Times Square. We looked at Mary Arnold (1010 (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)

| (...) Ok, won't remove the smiley. But, at least the minifig will have a blacktron smiley instead of a futuron one. I discover Felix version, more effective indeed, in all meanings. Damien (22 years ago, 12-Jun-02, to lugnet.space)

| (...) Thanks Bruce! Glad you liked it! (There's a few exclamation points for you...)
