  4x2ReVu: 4842 Hogwarts Castle

In a crucial chrono-axis-point, inadequate safeguards and the nefarious efforts of 'he who must not be named' proved far too effective and the 'boy who lived' did not in fact live. In this alternate timescape the powerful Voldemort ironically became (...) (12 years ago, 16-May-12, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.general, lugnet.castle, FTX)

Block-letter LEGO logo on old plates

I have posted a (URL) at the LEGO Answers group at Stack Exchange. I am wondering about a variation in the LEGO logo that appears on the top of the studs which I have only seen on one particular piece - white 6x8 plates from the "pat pending" era. (...) (...) As long as the end result is good, I'm all for clones and even for the mixing of clone brands, though I admit that I tend to be brand-pure in any given MOC (despite my usual "can't we all get along" stance on clones). I seem to recall a very (...) (12 years ago, 14-May-12, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build, lugnet.trains.org.tcltc, lugnet.town, FTX)

  Autumnal Awesomeness!

Steve Barile has created these great LEGO leaves in Fall colors, and I have been building with them, and wanted to show them off:-) I'm planning on swapping out all of the green trees on the TCLTC layout with "Steve's Leaves" every autumn, just as a (...) (...) That * was actually an *ahem* but FTX ate the rest. Sounds harsher without it. Ignore the word 'fans'. Very few non-AFOLs here or in Europe would call them LEGOs. Ergo not even close to 100%. (13 years ago, 12-Mar-12, to lugnet.general, FTX)

I have to give credit where credit is due. This is the best Lego grader design ever put on the net. Its pretty much perfect, clean, and does everything a real road grader does besides air conditioning and a radio in the cabin. I have to get this (...) (12 years ago, 30-Apr-12, to lugnet.technic)
