| | GMLTC layout on its way to Carlsbad!
|
| It's official: The GMLTC train layout is on its way to LEGOLAND Carlsbad. The big truck pulled away from my house around 10 minutes ago. Hopefully it doesn't get lost in "the system", or our display won't be nearly as impressive... ;-) Hope to see (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jun-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.announce) !

| | a few more 'Challenger' pictures

| | Re: train width
|
| (...) Well, considering trains in the U.S. are about twice the width of the rails, and overhang the ends of the ties, I'd say the actual width should be 10 wide, with automobiles being 7 wide -- wide enough for two minifigs to sit side-by-side. But (...) (21 years ago, 29-Jan-04, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
