Re: 6600 Highway Construction on clearance

I found one in Rancho Santa Margarita for the same price. It must be nationwide. They had at least one as of yesterday. (I didn't get it because I have no room in my layout for those road plates).   Hydro Search Sub (6180) for only $15 (Regular $50) at WallMart!

I just found set 6180 for only $15 at the WallMart in Foothill Ranch, Ca. They had at least 10 more after the two I bought (there are more above the shelf). This is one of the steepest LEGO discounts I've seen. It wasn't even marked as being on (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: bulk ordering is here!

I was confused about this as well. I explicitly had the operator verify that these trans thin walls are identical to those used in 4561. These are light blue trans-blue thin walls as opposed to the dark blue variety seen in aquanaut and other sets. (...)   Various TRU discounts

I noticed the following discounts at the Tustin Ranch, CA TRU - Rapid River Villiage - 29.95 (apparently the normal price is 59.95) - Flying Ninja Fortress - 49.99 (usually 89 or 99 or something like that ) - This one just keeps going down in price.   Re: Back Ordered

Over half my bulk order was back-ordered, including my most critical pieces (the "train" windows). I wonder how long it will take to get the parts. Does anyone have any idea of the backlog???   Problem with new bulk "Train Windows" - They are clear, not blue!

The "Train Windows" bulk set is shown as a clear light blue thin-wall. I asked to make sure of this with the operator and she said that they are the same as in the current train set. Instead, I got a bunch of clear thin-walls! They have no tint at (...) (24 years ago, 21-Jun-00, to lugnet.general)
