(...) I don't remember this falling out "rumor" category into "fact" category. The first person who said this, remind us why. LEGO didn't seem to have a problem introducing Insectoid sets the same year as the Star Wars sets, or the new town (...) (25 years ago, 7-Jan-00, to lugnet.space)

You could also try a search on lego* (don't forget the *, that gets you the auctions for "legos" as well as Lego) as an (...) (25 years ago, 7-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.auction)
