I had the same problem. Under NT WS 4.0 and same instruction for LegOS 0.2.2. Now I've solved!!! I'm here to explain how. (...) Same problem. The key part MAY BE the Lego to DCP connection, but I don't think that the connection itself is anything more than a Lego wire connector soldered to a DIN plug.
