  Re: Future Wild West Possibilities

(...) I agree. TLC were definitely either real smart to avoid the issue, or just so stupid that they didn't even think about it. (Well... that's a bit far- fetched... :-) (...) I don't know about that - after all, it IS part of the US history. They (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.western)

  Re: Other Castle Guard

(...) There's a way to make it work - click reply, view it in the <pre> form. Easy. The piece looks cool, BTW. Great idea! I say, make a minifig with a stud on its shoulder - that way the parrot/falcon can sit on it... ;-) -Shiri (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Ahhhhh, I knew it wouldn't work. I think that you can get a bit of an idea of what it's supposed to look like. Karl (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

Re: A great cleaning method for lego

(...) This is my method of cleaning also. Also does a decent job with smoke smell. One big warning though: don't leave the clear plastics flags and sails (like the Ninja flags or the sailboard sails) in for long periods of time. They are made in two (...)   Re: YOUR WANT LIST

  Pneumatic tube sources

Where is a good place to buy Pnumatic tubes (and T sections/length extenders). Dacta only sells the pumps, pistons, and switches and Lego worldstore seems to have gone downhill with no spare parts that I can find. Thanks! -Gavin (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic)

  Re: Other Castle Guard

(...) Don't worry, you're not missing anything. It's only a stupid parrot, but it's brown. That's all. I say that TLC makes a new bird, with it's wings spread so it can actually look like it's flying. It could look like this(kind of): /\ ( ) ---- (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Catalogue

Hiya I found a 6278 Indigo Island set in the Entertainer in Southampton (£20 - the same price as on the website, but obviously no postage charge) - inside was a 1995 Japanese catalogue - I don't know if all the current 'clearance' sets have these (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
