The fact that there's no development tools supporting that language yet doesn't mean it's impossible... just that it hasn't been done (probably due to lack of demand). Yes, you can. I even use a 8086 PC with DOS QBasic to program a CiberMaster. You'll have to do the basic I/O routines and the sending of the RCX opCodes.
