Of course one can use pascal. The fact that there's no development tools
supporting that language yet doesn't mean it's impossible... just that
it hasn't been done (probably due to lack of demand).   If you're in a
real hurry, you might be able to use something like p2c and legOS, but I
do not know if the memory footprint would be small enough to fit into
the RCX.
