(...) They designed it so that it would be an unpopular set which would then go on clearance, and be a good source of parts, especially the black dozer bucket... :-) Actually, I think it's a neat model, I had to buy a 2nd for parts... (25 years ago, 30-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

When my wife was raising eyebrows at putting the little Advent Calendar sets on the tree, I said "Hey look, at least I'm not into trains... then we'd have a train running around the tree!"
