(...) That pretty much sums it up for me. It's the only Lego minifig even remotely military. I used them to represent Her Majesty's Secret Death Squad 'cause they looked so dang evil. IMO, it's probably their evil-cool looks which caused TLG to (...) (25 years ago, 24-Nov-99, to lugnet.space)

Just an FYI for folks in the San Francisco area: there are still a couple 1.0 sets at the Toys 'R Us in Serramonte (there were 3 last Sundoy, I bought one of them). As advertised, the 1.5 upgrade is free ($3.95 shipping/handling) and the combo is a (...) (25 years ago, 24-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)
